Information We Collect

Information you provide

Portrait/selfie images ("Portrait Photos"): images you upload of yourself to generate virtual try-on results after you select an outfit template.
Generated images and records: the try-on images generated in the Service and related records (for example, time of generation, template used, credits consumed).
Account information (if applicable): information required to create, log in to, and recover your account (for example, email/phone number or third-party account identifier), and optional profile details such as nickname.
Purchase and subscription information (if applicable): order identifiers, payment status, subscription status, and credit balance/change history. We generally do not collect or store full card numbers; payment is processed by third-party payment providers (as applicable).

Information collected automatically

Device and log data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, network type, operation logs, crash logs—used for security and reliability.
Usage data: feature usage, number of generations, credits consumed, and basic interaction events—used for service improvement, billing reconciliation, and risk control.

Information you should not provide

Please do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, precise location data, or images of other people without authorization. Please avoid uploading sensitive content involving minors unless you are the legal guardian and have appropriate authorization.

How We Use Information

Provide core functionality: generate virtual try-on images based on your Portrait Photos and selected outfit templates.
"Quick Try-On" (future/optional): with your authorization or choice, we may store your Portrait Photos (or necessary derived data) in an encrypted account-linked space so you can select and generate faster next time.
Content and account management: enable you to view, download (if available), and delete your Portrait Photos and generated images, and manage generation and credit records.
Billing and entitlement reconciliation: track credits consumption, subscription-cycle credit allocation and settlement, orders and invoices (if any).
Safety and compliance: anti-abuse and risk control, necessary content moderation, handling complaints and disputes, and complying with legal obligations.
Improve the Service: analyze performance and usage trends to improve product experience and generation quality.

Generated Content Visibility

In principle, the images you generate in the Service are visible only to you under your account, unless you choose to share or publish them using features we provide. We do not publicly display your Portrait Photos or generated images for marketing or promotional purposes unless you give us explicit permission.

Model Training

Unless we clearly inform you in the product and obtain your explicit, revocable consent, we will not use your Portrait Photos or generated images to train or fine-tune our general models (or third-party general models). If we introduce an optional "allow use to improve models" setting in the future, we will provide a clear opt-in and an easy way to withdraw.

Storage and Retention

Where we store data

We store data on our servers or on infrastructure provided by our service providers as needed to operate the Service. If cross-border transfers are involved, we will take required measures under applicable law (such as contractual protections, encryption, and access controls).

How long we retain data

Portrait Photos / Quick Try-On materials: retained to enable quick selection and re-use until you delete them, your account is deleted, the Service is terminated (whichever occurs first), or longer retention is required by law.
Generated images and records: retained until you delete them or your account is deleted/Service terminated. We may retain limited records for the minimum period necessary for disputes, audits, and compliance, where permitted by law.
Order and billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
Logs and security records: retained no longer than necessary for security purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Your Choices and Controls

Delete Portrait Photos: you can delete stored Portrait Photos in the app. After deletion, we will remove them from active systems as soon as reasonably possible (residual copies in backups/logs may persist for a limited period and will be purged or anonymized on a reasonable schedule).
Delete generated images: you can delete generated try-on images and related records. Deleting content does not refund credits already consumed (see Terms of Use).
Access and correction: you can access and update certain account details in the app. If you request access/export of your data (if available), contact us using the details below.
Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it via settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing, but may limit certain features.
Account deletion: you may request deletion of your account through in-app steps. After deletion, we will handle remaining data as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by law.

We share information only when necessary and require recipients to protect it with safeguards no less protective than those described here, including:

Service providers: cloud hosting/storage, CDN, logging/monitoring, anti-fraud and security, customer support systems, payment and subscription providers, and notification services (as applicable).
At your direction: for example, if you choose to share generated images to a third-party platform.
Legal and safety: to comply with legal process and regulatory requirements, or to protect the rights and safety of you, other users, or the public.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale that involves a transfer of personal information, we will provide notice as required by law and require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy. If the recipient changes the purposes of processing, we will seek your consent where required.

We do not publicly disclose your personal information unless you give explicit consent or disclosure is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, such as access controls, encryption in transit and at rest (as applicable), least-privilege practices, audit logging, and security testing. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Children

If you are a minor, please use the Service with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from minors. If you are a guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information without authorization, please contact us.

Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Service may integrate third-party services (for example, payment, analytics, or push notifications). Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies. We strive to select compliant partners and to manage integrations responsibly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice (for example, via in-app notice or an announcement). Your continued use of the Service after the update takes effect means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
