Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service uses generative technology. Outputs may vary and may not match expectations. Generations consume credits or subscription entitlements. If you violate these Terms (especially illegal use, infringement, or abuse), we may suspend or terminate your account and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we may not refund fees or unused credits/entitlements.

Definitions

• "Portrait Photo": an image of you that you upload for virtual try-on.
• "Outfit Template": clothing templates or images provided by us or selected in the Service (as available).
• "Generated Content": images and related records generated by the Service based on your inputs.
• "Credits/Entitlements": units used to access generation capacity; obtained via purchase or subscription (as applicable).

The Service

Core workflow

You may upload a Portrait Photo and select an Outfit Template. The Service will generate virtual try-on images. You may be able to view, save, download (if available), and delete results within your account.

Quick Try-On (future/optional)

To improve usability, we may offer a "Quick Try-On" feature that stores your Portrait Photo (or necessary derived data) in your account space so you can generate faster later. You can manage and delete stored materials in the app. We process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and Eligibility

• Lawful use: you must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Account security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted under your account (except where prohibited by law).
• Devices and connectivity: you are responsible for the devices, network access, and related charges required to use the Service.

Content Standards and Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for your inputs, template selections, and your use of Generated Content. You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, generate, or share:

• Illegal or harmful content (including content that violates laws, promotes extremism, or threatens public safety).
• Infringing content (including using someone else's photo without authorization; violating portrait rights, privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights).
• Hate or discrimination (including content that targets protected characteristics, harassment, or provocation).
• Unethical or abusive use (including deepfakes used for fraud, harassment, extortion, or other harmful purposes).
• Sexual, violent, or exploitative content, including content involving minors, as prohibited by law and our policies.
• Service abuse (including scraping, bypassing billing, automated abuse, attacks, reverse engineering, cracking, or distributing malware).

If we discover, or reasonably suspect, any violation, we may take actions such as removing or restricting content, limiting generation, restricting access, suspending or terminating your account, and reporting to authorities where required. Where permitted by law, we may deny refunds or compensation in connection with violations.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Credit consumption

Each generation consumes a specified amount of Credits/Entitlements (as shown in the product UI). If a generation fails due to a system error, we may provide retry, restoration, or support handling according to our then-current rules (if applicable).

Credit purchases and refunds

• Purchase: Credits are generally purchased; prices and bundles are shown at checkout.
• No-refund principle: except where required by applicable law or where we expressly state otherwise, purchased Credits are generally non-refundable.
• Irreversible consumption: once Credits are consumed for a generation or service exchange, they are considered used. Deleting Generated Content or subjective dissatisfaction generally does not reverse consumption.

Subscription entitlements and cycle settlement

• Per-cycle allocation: subscription plans may allocate Credits/Entitlements each billing cycle, as described in the plan details.
• Cycle settlement: unless the plan states otherwise, unused subscription Credits/Entitlements are settled at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.
• Cancellation: you may cancel auto-renewal under your platform's rules. You may continue to use remaining entitlements through the end of the current cycle, subject to platform/product rules.

Pricing and taxes

We may change pricing and entitlements from time to time, with notice where required. Taxes, currency conversion, and final charges may vary by region and payment channel. The amount displayed by your payment provider at checkout controls.

Visibility, Deletion, and Data Management

• Private by default: Generated Content is generally visible only to you under your account unless you choose to share it.
• Deletion: you can delete stored Portrait Photos and Generated Content (as available). Deletion does not reverse Credits consumption or billing settlement.
• Compliance retention: we may retain certain records as required by law or for security/audit/dispute purposes (see Privacy Policy).

Intellectual Property

Our content

The Service, including software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and Outfit Templates we provide, is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, or commercially exploit it without permission.

Your inputs and Generated Content

• Rights in inputs: you represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use your Portrait Photos and other inputs.
• Use of Generated Content: subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use Generated Content for lawful purposes. If you use it commercially, you are solely responsible for ensuring non-infringement and compliance.
• No endorsement: Generated Content does not represent our views. We do not guarantee legality, accuracy, or suitability of outputs.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No guarantee of results: outputs depend on inputs, templates, algorithms, and system conditions and may not meet expectations.
• Availability: the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, failures, or events beyond our control.
• Limitation: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will generally be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service within a reasonable period, except where law requires otherwise.

Enforcement

If you violate these Terms or we reasonably suspect abuse (including illegal activity, discrimination, infringement, unethical content, or malicious use), we may restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue available remedies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fees and unused Credits/Entitlements may be non-refundable in connection with violations.

Changes, Termination, and Notices

• Changes: we may update these Terms and provide notice (for example, in-app). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
• Termination: you may stop using the Service and delete your account where available. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for compliance, security, or operational reasons as permitted by law.
• Notices: we may send notices via in-app messages, email, SMS, or pop-ups, depending on what information you provide and what features are in use.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise. Disputes should first be resolved in good faith through negotiation. If not resolved, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
